All Jasco products include a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for urgent orders placed before 2:00 PM EST.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included; a small restocking fee may apply to opened electronics.
Are Jasco products compatible with smart home systems?
